Description

Some Improvements to the GData Server.
CRUD actions for Entries implemented / tested
StorageComponent storing entries / feeds / users
Dynamic Feed elements like links added.
Decoupled all server components (storage / ReqeustHandler etc) using lookup service

Added some JavaDoc
