FilterIndexReader doesn't delegate everything necessary

    Description

      Some new methods like fields() aren't delegated by FilterIndexReader, incorrectly resulting in the IndexReader base class method being used. We should audit all current IndexReader methods to determine which should be overridden and delegated.
