Duplicate classes between api and adapters

      Description

      Using commons-logging-api.jar and commons-logging-adapters.jar together leads to duplicate classes. Jdk14, noop and simple logs are also in the adapters archive which prevents some tools from working properly. Would it be possible to remove these classes from adapters.

        It's not likely that this will be changed, but it can certainly be discussed.

        However the bug-tracker is not an appropriate place for a discussion of these issues. Please subscribe to the mail list users@commons.apache.org and post a message there describing what problems you are encountering.
