Major Description
The log4php.dtd binds the log4php prefix to http://www.vxr.it/log4php/. The log4php namespace is not used in configuration (<configuration> is used unlike log4j which uses <log4j:configuration>). The XML output of log4php does appear to use the log4php namespace, but it may be preferable to migrate to the log4j namespace since the formats seem nearly identical.
