Description

We installed the Facebook SDK using composer, which in turn installed log4php. We use github to manage all repositories. When we try to deploy new code to a dev or production server, the log4php folder in vendor/apache/log4php is always empty.

We do not need log4php installed as a git repository, but we don't want to have to manage the Facebook dependencies manually. What steps have to be taken to configure a repository using log4php so that the code is included when a repository is cloned or fetched into a production environment?
