Description
It would be nice to have an appender for the systemd journal.
As systemd gets installed on almost all new Linux systems, it would be a way to log structured data without having to install elasticsearch or similar things.
Things like PID, UID, filename/line or all MDC values could thus be saved for every message. Usually those information is dropped to keep logfiles short and readable.
