It seems all URLs for log4net referencing anything under https://logging.apache.org/log4net/release/sdk/ raise a 403 error, despite the link being present in the side bar and for instance in the https://logging.apache.org/log4net/release/manual/introduction.html#Appenders section linking to it extensively for every appender.
