Description

There are probably various ways to configure log4net, among them:

• appsettings.json
• app.config
• log4net xml configuration file that only contains the configuration of log4net
• in code directly by invoking Configure()
• .. more?

This task is about finding out how to enable log4net's internal debug logging in each of those configurations. This should then be consolidated in the documentation to give future users a place to look up this information.
