[LOG4J2-66] Binary package does not include "apache" name in root directory

Description

I downloaded both the binary and source packages. The source package correctly explodes a directory called "apache-log4j-2.0-alpha1" but the binary does not – it does not include the name "apache". I believe this inconsistency should be fixed by adding "apache" to the root folder.
