Description

RandomAccessFileAppender should use 

RandomAccessFileManager.DEFAULT_BUFFER_SIZE as a default on the builder, however this field is only referenced by the deprecated factory function methods. This should be set in a new public no-arg constructor (which the rolling variant does correctly)
