Description

There is a property log4j1.monitorInterval to control how much time wait between the reconfiguration. However, in the org.apache.log4j.config.Log4j1Configuration (superclass of XmlConfiguration and PropertiesConfiguration) always returns null for the method reconfigure, causing the reconfiguration never to succeed.
