Description

Today our team manages our own custom JsonMaskingLayout since we work with NPI data and we need that data to be obfuscated prior to creating a log file.

We would like to use JsonLayout instead of managing our own custom layout. 

Something along the lines of providing a `maskingRegex` option to the JsonLayout and replacing the text with an asterisk would be a good simple start.

If there are other alternatives to masking do let me know. So far I am only aware of pattern converters which are great for STD_OUT or custom Layouts.
