We need to change the schema a little (field names and exclusion/inclusion of fields), and would like to do so without having to rewrite the connection and configuration logic. The existing classes are final so I don't know if there's an easy/simple way to do it.
I am new to the Log4j 2 api so perhaps there's another way that already works. Maybe it can be added to the NoSql Appenders documentation page on the Log4j2 site.
