Description

This was fixed by @tc0312 with this: https://github.com/hdinsight/livy/commit/f11cdcb5357046fe555a4ee53c85fb1bccf646b5

There are some minor issues on top of that because master is using the RSC now, so I'll fix those as part of this also.
