Major update to the brightbox compute driver

• Update fixtures to represent actual api output
• Update compute tests to 100% coverage
• Add userdata and server group extensions to create_node
• Add ipv6 support to public ip list
• Improve in line documentation
• Add lots of api output information to Node and Image 'extra' attributes.
• Allow variable API versions
• Allow reverse dns updates for cloud ip extensions
