Description

Patch adds support for Brightbox load balancer API (https://api.gb1.brightbox.com/1.0/#load_balancer).

All libcloud loadbalancer methods/classes are supported, although some parameters are ignored (e.g. member ip/port). Tests included, please let me know if the patch isn't formatted correctly and i'll resubmit.
