Enhance cube.xsd to accept Hierarchical dimattribute and inline dimattribute

    Description

      We have support for Hierarchical dimattribute and inline dimattribute in cube model, but xsd is not accepting those definition.

      XSD should be extended to give those dimattributes as well.
