Last year , some Chinese universities worked hard to release the Mulan PSL v2 license, which has obtained OSI certification https://license.coscl.org.cn/MulanPSL2/. Many open source projects from China are using Mulan PSL v2 license. This license is to provide easier compliance requirements and better patent protection. From its contents, it is a BSD-like license.

Could you please confirm that Mulan PSL v2 license is a Category A license?
