Description

I've implemented the escapeHtml and unescapeHtml methods that accept Writer
instances in the StringEscapeUtils class. The patches are are in the three
forthcoming attachments. One of the patch files is an update to the JUnit test.

I ran the regression tests and they all worked.

Note: The patch for the 'Entities.java' file seems to include some changes I
didn't actually make, but I couldn't get SVN's diff to work as expected.
