Description

In the documentation of StringUtils.getLevenshteinDistance the algorithm description refers to http://www.merriampark.com/ld.htm and http://www.merriampark.com/ldjava.htm. These pages have been unavailable for about 4 years now, according to the internet archive (so I guess not many people click that link).

I checked that this problem exists for documentation for the indicated versions, and I'm assuming it wasn't fixed and reverted for the intermediate versions.
