[KYLIN-659] Couldn't adjust the rowkey sequence when create cube

Description

With 0.7.1 snapshot binary package, when create a cube, in the "Advance setting" step, I couldn't drag the rowkey to adjust sequence; In my chrome console, there is JS errors.

While if I run DebugTomcat from IDE, there is no this error;

Besides, when I edit the cube, there is no "Advanced settings" step as create new cube, is this correct?
