[KYLIN-468] Add validation step of cube build job as first one

Description

Add one job step: "Validation" to run series check to ensure cube build job will start without obvious issues:
1. Fact Table have to contains at least one records
2. No Duplicate rows in lookup tables
3. At least one records after Hive Join Step (especially to check "inner join" case)

Raise exception and stop entire cube build job with "Validation Failed" message.
