Description

When the streaming receiver process is running, start another one, and the error is not clear enough

[root@ca301c60c3d6 bin]# ./kylin.sh streaming start
Kylin is running, stop it first

When stopping the streaming receiver process, `Stopping Kylin...` should not be displayed and it should be pointed out exactly as streaming receiver stopped

[root@ca301c60c3d6 bin]# ./kylin.sh streaming stop
stopping streaming:20404
Stopping Kylin: 20404
Kylin with pid 20404 has been stopped.
