Description

Usage instructions in 'PasswordPlaceholderConfigurer' tells users to use 'java' command to run ??org.apache.kylin.rest.security.PasswordPlaceholderConfigurer ??which doesn't work at all, it would be more objective to use '${KYLIN_HOME}/bin/kylin.sh'
