[KYLIN-4101] set hive and spark job name when building cube

Description

Currently the job name of spark is org.apache.kylin.common.util.SparkEntry, which is the main class name of spark . The mapreduce job name of hive sql is substring of the query, which is difficult to read.

It's better to set a more readable name for the hive and spark jobs
