Description

When I use Kafka streaming,there is a bug. My steps:

1.Create a project named p1

2.Import a kafka table named DEFAULT.T1

3.drop project p1

4.create project p2

5.Import a kafka table named DEFAULT.T1

It comes out an error:

The Streaming Config DEFAULT.T1 already exists.
