[KYLIN-3596] kafka使用特殊字符或hql关键字作为key，跑cube作业的时候创建hive临时表报错

各位老师，

   在使用kafka作为Streaming Table 的时候，kafka的key包含下划线开头或hql关键字的时候，在跑cube作业的时候创建hive临时表报错。有没有什么配置可以让kylin在创建hive临时表的时候统一给字段名和表名加上反引号。我尝试把hive.support.sql11.reserved.keywords设置为false，但是还是不支持下划线开头和部分关键字。具体错误请参考附件。
