    Description

      Here, dynamic dimension is mainly for case when. By push down, the cardinality will be reduced and the returned result row number can be reduced. For simplicity, if columns exist in then, currently we don't do the push down.

      The same as KYLIN-3359, the related filters in case when have to be able to be pushed down.
