CubeHFileJob should use currentHBaseConfiguration but not new create hbase configuration

    Description

      CubeHFileJob  use new hbase configuration is not correct because when the zookeeper quorum is not localhost (job worker)， kylin may encounter zookeeper ConnectionLossException.
