[KYLIN-3118] error of 404 with API get /kylin/models

Description

I had run bin/sample.sh without error and found 'learn_kylin' project at pannel. The model always in loading.
rest api: /kylin/models response 404.
The hive and hbase are health.There is none error in log by command `grep ERROR logs/ -r`.
When I try to active the cube response `fail to take action`
