[KYLIN-3032] Cube size shows 0 but actually it isn't empty

Description

On EMR, if set working-dir to S3, after build the cube, will find the "Cube size" shows 0, but "Source count" is not 0.

This is a bug, when working-dir isn't the same file system as Hadoop default FS, will face such problem.
