Reported by lijieliang (lijieliang at cmss.chinamobile.com) in https://github.com/apache/kylin/pull/39:
KYLIN-1706 allows user to specify override MR job properties at cube level, but the properties will not be applied when extracting data from HIVE.

To totally support by-cube resource separation, Kylin need allow user to override default hive properties, in the similar way.
