Description

Today in Kylin default configuration, it uses snappy compression for Hadoop and HBase; while many new users don't have hadoop native packages installed, they might be blocked there.

To improve the experience for new users, Kylin's default configuration should disable compression, and add a document introduce how to enable compression;
