[KYLIN-1719] Add config in scan request to control compress the query result or not

Description

The query result in CubeVisitService will be compressed before sending back to client, given about 10% size benefit. However, if the result size is large, such as over 100MB, the compress processing will be very slow, takes 60s or longer.
We should add a config in scan request, to control whether compress the result or not.
