      Description

Currently, the Row cython object has a KuduRowResult* which points inside of a C++ vector<KuduRowResult>. But, if you call next_batch again, it's possible that the vector will resize and invalidate any prior pointers, causing a crash if you try to scan larger amounts of data.

Seems like we should store an index within the vector instead.
