java client "stuck" in YCSB against 100 nodes

    Description

      I'm trying to run a 4-thread YCSB workload against a 100-node cluster. It very quickly got "stuck". The 4 threads are all waiting on some operation which is neither timing out nor responding. I looked at /transactionz and /rpcz across all the nodes and none seems to be doing anything. So, I think there's some kind of bug in the client.
