Description

We have a couple of benchmarks in cfile-test, but we don't expose them as part of the benchmarks dashboard.

We should set up a templated test that runs through all valid pairs of type/encoding and times sequential write, sequential read, and random read of a cfile with a few million rows. We should also test each including some NULLs (eg 50/50 alternating nulls).
