Description

I found myself wanting to get all the tables that had a replication factor of 1 to move such tables away from a quiescing tablet server during a rolling restart. There wasn't a great way to do this (I settled on grep-ing through the output of ksck), but I imagine this being a useful building block for more automated processes.

The general ask of filtering tables by metadata could also probably extend to filtering by dimension label, table property, etc.
