Description

Currently we use a Python script (site_tool, available in gh-pages branch) that uses Ruby scripts to generate, proof and publish the website. This is rather painful to use with the dependency on Python 2.6 and rather old Ruby.

This all should be moved to a Docker container that would guarantee consistency between environments and make upgrades to the toolchain possible without breaking things for other developers.
