Description

We've had several users have issues with creating tables via Impala because they don't specify any DISTRIBUTE BY clause. This results in all of the servers in the Impala cluster trying to write to a single tablet.

We should make the docs more obvious in this regard - perhaps the first example should include a DISTRIBUTE BY clause. Additionally, we should consider having Impala generate a WARNING when inserting into a non-partitioned table.
