[KUDU-1175] Audit all docs / website for TODO and internal repo links, and correct where necessary

Description

At a minimum, need to find out the following:

• link to official packages and parcels
• Maven repo and artifacts (example pom.xml would be great, jdcryans)
• link to CSD
• link to kimpala parcels / packages
• link to deploy.py

Need to make a pass through the docs / website and clean up all the TODOs.
