Description

Impala UI redirect follows the following pattern:

KNOX_GATEWAY_URL/GATEWAY_PATH/TOPOLOGY/impalaui?scheme=SCHEME&host=HOSTNAME&port=PORT

This needs to be reflected in Impala UI's service definition.
