Description

Dispatch responseExcludeHeaders is only applied when it is all upper-case as below:

<dispatch classname="org.apache.knox.gateway.dispatch.ConfigurableDispatch">
    <param>
        <name>responseExcludeHeaders</name>
        <value>CONTENT-LENGTH</value>
    </param>
</dispatch>

This is not consistent with the way how requestExcludeHeaders work. 

Expected result: responseExcludeHeaders should be case-insensitive.
