Description

This change adds a number of features to the KnoxShellTable:

• SQL Builder to build a table from a SQL query (initial impl - needs continued work)
• Ability to select specific columns from an existing table to create a new one with the smaller set
• Ability to sort a table by a col

It also fixes a bug in the Join Builder where the key index into the left table was being used for the key to the right.
