Description

This is similar to KNOX-2011. 

Here there will be some code change needed since Atlas uses customer HA dispatch (org.apache.knox.gateway.ha.dispatch.AtlasTrustedProxyHaDispatch) based on DefaultDispatch which needs to be updated.
