[KNOX-1556] [Rewrite Rule] Apache Ambari Favicon and link to NOTICE.txt does not work when using Knox Gateway

Description

This issue was seen with Ambari branch-2.7 being targeted for Ambari-2.7.3 when used behind Knox gateway.

Both Ambari favicon (link) and Notice.txt file (link) are referenced with relative path as href value from index.html of ambari-web.

Any static ui resource that is being reference with a relative path needs to have rewrite rules in knox, So that relative path remains legitimate even when component is behind knox gateway.

This patch adds rewrite rules for these two items.
