Major Description
If a simple descriptor is added to $GATEWAY_HOME/conf/descriptors prior to Knox startup, then Knox does not notice it, and thus, does not process it. Knox should process these descriptors on start-up, similar to the way topology files in $GATEWAY_HOME/conf/topologies are currently handled.
