Major Description
The dev:framework workflow is not correct when using in the mean time the -debug/-nodebug option with framework.
The command firstly changes the debug mode and after the framework use. It means that the "new" framework will not be in debug mode where the user could expect that.
The dev:framework command should first change the framework (if provided) and after the debug mode.
