Description

In order to be compliant with the Prince XML non-commercial license (http://www.princexml.com/license/), we have to clearly reference the Prince XML website: "Web site shall be displayed on the pages from where the generated documents can be fetched".

I'm gonna add a sentence like: "The PDF format of {Karaf|Karaf Cellar|Karaf Cave] Manuals has been generated using Prince XML (http://www.princexml.com)".
