Description

Attempting to install the cellar feature in Karaf 2.2.2 using equinox fails with the following error:

Error executing command: Could not start bundle mvn:org.apache.karaf.cellar/org.apache.karaf.cellar.hazelcast/2.2.1 in feature(s) cellar-2.2.1: The bundle "org.apache.karaf.cellar.hazelcast_2.2.1 [93]" could not be resolved. Reason: Missing Constraint: Import-Package: org.apache.karaf.cellar.core*; version="2.2.1"

Trying the same under felix works correctly.
